About North Africa Policy Initiative - NAPI

We envision the large, active, and fruitful participation of North African youth in the elaboration of public policies that will shape their community, country, and region.


Who we are?

The North African Policy Initiative is an independent, non-profit, and non-partisan association based in Tunis. NAPI seeks to improve the quality of public policy in North African countries and increase the active participation of youth in their elaboration.

What do we do?

We foster and supports the production of evidence-based research, the articulation of policy analysis and recommendations in excellent writing, their dissemination in three languages (Arabic, English, and French), and their promotion through effective public communication and advocacy.

How do we do it?

We train civil society activists and stakeholders across North Africa, connect them with each other, and fosters policy dialogue through thematic roundtables. Furthermore, we support the most knowledgeable and engaged youth to become policy leaders through training and mentorship.
